FAQs

Are these real or artificial?
Our flowers are 100% real natural roses. We do not sell artificial, silk or plastic flowers.

How are these roses able to last so long?
The roses are freshly grown in large flower fields before undergoing a strict process of dehydration and preservation to ensure their everlasting quality.

How do you create the preserved roses?

Firstly fresh roses are cut before their full bloom.
From those cuts, the rose buds are hand selected with the best petal formation.
Then the roses are dried using preservation agents to provide a longer lasting bloom
Finally, an organic dye is used to enhance the roses colour and left to dry naturally.

How do I take care of the rose?
The roses have been preserved to create a low maintenance bud that requires no additional support.

In order to maintain the quality of the rose please:

Do not water them.
Do not put them under direct sunlight.
Do not shake, freeze, press or eat them.

Can the flowers be kept indoors or outdoors?
It is recommended that the flowers stay indoors, any level of rain, wind or strong sunlight may damage the flowers

Are they suitable for those who have pollen/floral allergies?
Yes, as these flowers have been preserved, the natural smells and allergens found in regular flowers/roses will have been removed.

What happens if the flowers are damaged when they arrive?
We have a very flexible returns policy, please let us know within 5 days of arrival with a photo if there has been any damage to the roses. We will work with you to look at suitable return options. See our returns policy for more details.

How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Shipping can typically take up to 5 working days depending on demand as each item is made to order, however in most cases they are delivered earlier.

Our main markets are the UK and Europe however, we do ship internationally for an additional delivery charge.

How can you ensure packages are secure when delivered?
All our products include multiple layers of foam support and use only reliable couriers to deliver (our main shipping agents are UPS and Royal Mail).
